Does Airstryk work on Android devices?

Currently no. At present Airstryk is only available for iOs enabled devices (that goes for courses and users alike). The Android version is coming very soon though, so keep an eye out!

Can employees use their own iPhones?

Absolutely. Do my employees need Airstryk accounts to use the service as an employee?

Yes. Most courses simply provide their employees with email addresses to use as their login. Some simply add the employee’s existing email address to the admin portal under “EMPLOYEES”, but all employees/staff etc, are required to have an Airstryk account that uses an email as the user name.

I lost my password to my admin account. How do I retrieve it?

No problem. Simply visit the login page and under the login boxes find the link “Forgot Password” provide your registered email address and your password will be sent to you.
